More from ONZA Orff Bites: The song was provided by Richard Gill in Melbourne during an Orff workshop in the nineteen eighties. Some music and movement ideas: We can walk as we sing, and change directions after each phrase. We can create different hand movements as we walk e.g.: ‘Peanut Butter’, Marmalade’. There is room to create different interlocking speech ostinati. We can transfer these to BP and instruments, and bring it all to a performance. And there is room to nurture inner hearing abilities: Sing a line, clap a line.etc. The two brief videos show some of the ideas.
